Today I want to venture into the exciting world of Real Estate, Lets focus on the First time home buyer, or if you have not purchased a home in the last 10 years but thinking of Upsizing or Downsizing This is a great read for you.
As a REALTOR® in Ontario and Registered with the Quinte and District Real Estate Association I am also a member of the Canadian Real Estate Association. They manage the Realtor.ca page, you can view listings both Residential or Commercial all across Canada. They now have a great section called Trends and Insights which shares Blog posts about everything Real Estate related.
On July 27th 2018 Blogger Renee Sylvestre-Williams wrote a great post with 5 Hacks to Affording a Home in Your 20s. She gives great advise to start saving your downpayment, building your credit and gathering a great team around you to include a mortgage broker, Lawyer, Financial planner and of course a REALTOR®.
